Situation

Swisscom wanted to make prepaid offerings visible for tourists.

  • Prepaid offerings as a fringe topic: Previously low visibility and no dedicated offer for international guests.

  • Complete reconstruction: Neither existing site structure nor significant traffic available.

  • Simultaneous website relaunch: Implementation had to be carried out in parallel with new corporate web standards.

Challenge

Restart without an existing basis and under changing framework conditions.

  • No existing page or SEO foundation: Content and structure had to be built from scratch.

  • Dynamic guidelines: Adaptation to new Swisscom design standards in an ongoing relaunch process.

  • High need for coordination: Several stakeholders with different expectations had to be involved early on.

Lösung

A UX- and SEO-optimized landing page was created in co-creation.

  • Development of a new page structure: Based on intensive SEO research and user focus.

  • Co-creation sessions for content and design: Structure, text, and UX developed iteratively together with stakeholders.

  • Effective launch: The page was successfully published and delivered initial visible results.

Learnings

Early, structured involvement of stakeholders pays off – and should happen even more systematically.

  • Establish co-creation from the start: Early workshops and sessions significantly enhance quality and acceptance.

  • Utilize SEO as a foundation even more strongly: Solid keyword and intent research provides the best basis for sustainable content success.

  • Don't underestimate the focus on small projects: Even smaller initiatives deserve full attention – their impact can be greater than initially expected.
